Howlite is a stone of patience and perspective, for those who feel they need to slow it down, absorb, and clear the constant stream of chatter from the mind, it's a crystal that marries you to a more mindful way of life.
 
If you have an erratic mind, anxiety, PTSD or depression then this stone is great as it tends to ground you and work with your root chakra.
 
As I was blessing and creating this I felt it will be going to someone that has experienced grief and needs it to absorb those sad energies and give strength.
 
Also great for toddlers with tantrums and any emotional times in life such as puberty, menopause or simply times of trouble.
 
Unusually I worked with Buddha energies while activating this stone and activated it further with amethyst and rose quartz for love and healing.
 
This is a very pure form of Howlite with no bells and whistles and its enrgy reflects that.
