Shipping Policy

All Shipping will be sent tracked and signed for owing to the value of the products and their sensitive nature.

I will always offer a flat rate shipping cost of £5 to the Uk, £7.50 Europe and £10 Worldwide.

Items will all come packaged carefully and will be sent within 5 days of purchase.

I am happy to offer a returns and exchange policy if you are dissatisfied with the item or if it arrives damaged in any way.

Any custom made items i.e. Poppets or spells cannot be refunded as the spell has been cast and the item made uniquely for you and your intention.

With all of my products, owing to their spiritual nature I recommend you charing them regularly in moon and sunshine.
